SATC 2 London Premiere - the return of the Treacy hat (in a good way)

We thought she wasn't going to do it again, but SJP turns up again with another(much nicer, subtler) Philip Treacy hat and Alexander McQueen gown to the London SATC 2 premiere.

SJP in the FABULOUS McQueen/Treacy combo this year:

...and in the OTHER McQueen/Treacy combo last year:

She topped her tribute to McQueen off with his platform pumps and a black armband in his memory.

Oh, and the other girls wore Narciso Rodriguez, Norman Norell, and Thierry Mugler (in that order) but who really cares what they had on anyway.

Good work missy!!

SATC 2 Red Carpet Premiere

OK, so we were going to blog about the fabulous outfits at Cannes, but we somehow got sidetracked and have probably missed the boat by now.

BUT we're on time and here to bring you the outfits from the new SATC premiere at Radio City Music Hall in NYC last night!!! TOO EXCITING! WOOT!!!

And no nasty surprises this year like that terrible bird hat SJP wore at the London premiere last year!

LET'S GO.

Sarah Jessica Parker in Valentino Couture

This is a gown from the Spring 2010 Couture Collection by Valentino and it is just gorgeous! Neon yellow is hard to pull off but she does the asymmetrical chiffon look flawlessly.
The only thing that completely ruins this outfit are the silver Ferragamo pumps. Boring, heavy, and no toe showing! What happened to the queen of strappy sandals?? Boooo...

Kristin Davis in Jean Desses from Decades Inc.

Neon is definately in! The ruching and draped detail is just perfect, and being a vintage gown from the 50s, it's a perfect choice for this classy character. Paired with Fred Leighton jewels, a Judith Leiber clutch and Louboutin heels, this outfit is our favorite by far!

Cynthia Nixon in Carolina Herrera

Understated and chic, Cynthia stays true to her personal style with what works best for her. Never the most fabulous or sparkly, but always the most put-together and tasteful. She never puts a foot wrong, our Miranda!

Kim Cattrall in Naeem Khan

Always sparkling, always fiery, and never shy, this low cut V-front gown is just perfect for Kim's sassy nature. The shimmering gold gown with stunning silver sunflowers goes perfectly with her waves, red lips and nails. Just divine.

Speaking of Samantha, here's a pic of the dress that she and Miley Cyrus both turn up in to Smith's movie premiere. Not sure who it's by but to be honest, dont really care. Do not really
 love...

We'll leave you with some stills from the movie... just LOVE the scene from the souk in Morocco

Not long to go now! Til next time, Stay Pretty!
